Responsibilities:
- Follow up on marketing campaign leads and customer inquiries
- Visit clients and conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations
- Gather customer requirements, site information, and market feedback
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
- Support outreach activities and distribute marketing materials
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to support customer engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to explain basic technical concepts confidently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Willing to travel for client visits and field activities
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
- Resourceful, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ethical, honest, faithful, and trustworthy
