Responsibilities:
- Initiate engaging phone calls with prospective clients to introduce electrical engineering services and upcoming events.
- Engage contacts to generate interest, qualify leads, and obtain accurate contact details
- Convert leads into qualified appointments, event participation, or potential sales opportunities through persuasive and professional conversations.
- Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about our offerings while handling customer inquiries confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support future business opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and response rates.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of calls, contacts, and outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident phone presence and persuasive sales abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping habits
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
